Warrior Heart
Open adaptive recreation for people with special needs and disabilities.
Minnesota WarriorsWinnebago, MinnesotaWarrior Heart • Adaptive recreation
Co-ed, recreational activities for people with special needs and disabilities—built around what helps each participant feel comfortable, successful, and included.
Warrior Heart sessions may include volleyball, adapted games, walking, stretching, music, or other activities that fit the group. The atmosphere is warm, safe, and welcoming.
Participants can stand, sit, move, cheer, try something new, or simply spend time with the group. There are no performance expectations—just exercise, laughter, connection, popcorn, and pride.
Consistent indoor activity matters during long Minnesota winters. Warrior Heart gives participants and families another reason to get out, be active, see friends, and feel part of a team.
